US$ 300 million Medical Village KSA

Imad managed a team on a feasibility study for a massive healthcare, education and hospitality project in Saudi Arabia. The project’s components included a University Hospital focusing on both conventional and alternative therapies, a 5- Star Hotel and an medical educational facility. The facility is to focus on internal/local medical tourism as well as medical tourist arriving in the KSA from abroad.

US$ 350 million medical town in UAE.

Imad was the subject matter expert and engagement manager on this project that consisted of market research and financial feasibility study for a new healthcare hub in the UAE. The project once completed is expected to have a 300 bed hospital, wellness resort, 4 star hotel, retail areas etc. The project is positioned to become one of the leading healthcare facilities in the region and targeting regional and global medical tourists.

US$ 250 million 330 bed hospital in UAE

Imad recently finished a business planning assignment for a large hospital in UAE. This project is being developed in 2 phases that includes various healthcare services in each phase. Imad worked with world renowned technical advisors and consultants employed by the client. The primary focus of phase one will be on medical tourists arriving in UAE for healthcare checkups.

Restructuring 2 Hospitals KSA.

Imad managed a team of senior analysts on an assignment in the KSA. The Client required re-structuring of the Strategy for two hospitals (300 bed s and 100 beds) in the Eastern Province. The project entailed extensive secondary and primary research to facilitate with the Strategy Articulation and documenting various scenarios and choosing the “most appropriate” based on financial projections.

US$ 100 million LTC Care Hospital KSA.

Imad was the engagement manager for this healthcare project in KSA. The project involved establishing a Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility that caters for the elderly as well as patients that require rehabilitation services. The assignment involved collecting research and analyzing data for a project concept that is not fully applied in the KSA. The project will be one of its kind in the KSA.

US$ 68 million General Hospital UAE.

Recently, Imad was the project manager for a project in the UAE. The project entailed documenting a business plan for a General- Secondary Care hospital which focuses on maternity and child care. Imad worked closely with the Client and engaged in several workshops to formulate a strategy that was deemed “most appropriate” for the current and expected market conditions.

Multi Million Dollar Medical Town in Kuwait.

Imad was the supervising consultant on a Business Plan for a multi- million dollar healthcare project in Kuwait. The concept included a general hospital, a 5-Star Residential facility and a commercial area.

Pharmaceutical Company Syria.

Imad recently finalized a feasibility study for a Pharmaceutical Company in Syria that will focus on producing anti-cancer and immune suppressive drugs. The engagement included extensive research of various aspects of the cancer prevalence/incidence rates.
